What's a photo shoot with babies really like? We took snaps behind the scenes to show how the Babytalk team made it happen.

Semi-finalist Isla poses for her photo shoot, while baby wrangler Gerri keeps her smiling (with an arsenal of attention-grabbing toys in her back pockets!). Babytalk's Lifestyle editor Sabrina James, right, who styled all the shoots, sits nearby to make any last-minute adjustments.
