As contributing editor at Babytalk magazine, Kitty O'Callaghan pens the Girl Talk column, a monthly Q&A that offers honest and often hilarious -- advice on the situations that trouble new moms the most. With her straightforward take on everything from re-gifting baby presents to dealing with meddlesome mothers-in-law, Kitty guides moms along the path of new motherhood, giving the kind of help that only another mom can.

A former senior editor at Babytalk, Kitty first joined the editorial team of Babytalk in 1997. After five years, she took on the role of contributing editor, writing the monthly Small Talk advice column. Since then, she has also been a frequent contributor on parenting and health issues to Parenting, Oprah Magazine, and Self.

Kitty lives in White Plains, New York, and is the mother of three, ages 6, 3, and 3 months.
