i tried to submit my son and it said i already had although i know i haven't. anyone else having this problem?

That happened to me too, but I just did it again. The only problem now is I don't see my daughters pictures in the gallery of all the pics submitted!

I am new to this, do they just show a few pics in the gallery or should the one I entered on the 4th be in the pics too?

they only put up some pictures. And you have to just keep checking for yours.

yes, its totally random, (the gallery photos). Near the end of the contest, they have a picture wall in alpha. order. its easier to find that way. but unitl then, you will be flipping through lots of photos. its such a huge contest, i dunno how they decide! i couldnt do it. good luck!

I entered my child on the 1st day and have not seen his picture? Is there a place that shows ALL of the entries? The link says to see all of the entries but it brings you to this page where you see the 2 rounds with under 100 pictures total. The Live site also doesn't show all of the pictures, how can I be sure my entry made it in? Can someone please comment back with the answers to these questions we all have?

oh, two years ago, i submitted a photo twice, but my computer was generating things slowly...i thought i didnt do it, i tried again and it said i had already entered. it was incomplete too. i dont think there is anything you can do. bummer. hope you can get a site admin. good luck, again ☺

at the end of the contest. they will have a wall. your entry has been received if it said so, at the time of submttuing. you just have to be REAL patient!!!!!! I have done this twice, and its my bebes last year. he has never been put up in a gallery.... and hes just as darling ☺

I am just waiting to see my Skylar, sometime I may get a little upset, but I shouldnt, I know that she is beautiful, she is my first girl after so many years of boys, ages 24, 22, 14 and now my six month old lil girl, that I love soooo much...

Ive been to the Regis and Kelly site & my picture is not there! But I see MANY multiple pictures there. How can 3 of someone elses picture (same pic, same name) be there and not 1 of mine. It said after I entered picture received, but I still don't see it? I just don't understand....

I have tried to enter my child's photo for this contest, but when I try to upload the photo, which I have made sure is the right size and format, a message indicating that the photo is the incorrect file type appears. Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried JPG and GIF.

Hi for the size of the pic you need to download a free picture resizing program and reduce the size. The same thing happened to me and that is what I had to do. And I thought the rules stated the picture had to be taken with in the last month, the rules state taken after 12/5/09. So the woman who posted that her pic was taken in Oct might want to submit a more recent photo so you can qualify. Good luck!

I did resize the picture to 2000 x 1500 pixels in Paint. I saved one as a JPG file and the another as a GIF file, as the instructions indicate; I tried downloading each of them. I just tried to download a photo again with no success...any more suggestions? I am about to just stick it in snail mail.

Larissa, thank you so much for your advice. I went back and reduced the picture size to smaller than 2000 x 1500 pixels. That part of the instructions is misleading, it reads "2000 x 1500 pixels or smaller". However, it appears that I got it to work. Thanks again.

Does anyone know why it says Round 1, 2, etc. on the galleries here? It is just random, right? Not a narrowing down of the entries already submitted? My husband thought it sounded like our kids have been eliminated already if that is the case. I hope not! Thanks. (It was ok to enter both of our kids, right? I didn't see any rule against that).

It makes no sense. Parenting.com says they update the pictures twice every week. Nothing was added last week....at all. Also, there are a TON of pictures on the Regis and Kelly website that just by looking don't qualify. I don't get it.

After submitting an entry is it necessary to confirm via e-mail? I got an e-mail a day later from the contest but deleted it. I can't remember what it said.

is anyone having problems with the 'thumbnail' when you upload a pic? it won't let me drag it, or make it bigger. i can't get my son's whole picture in the thumbnail!
