You'll need:

• Paper cup or bucket
• Black paint
• Craft glue
• Googly eyes
• Orange pipe cleaners
• Black pipe cleaners
• 2 wooden beads

Make a small hole on each side of the cup or bucket, and paint the entire thing black. Once dry, glue googly eyes all over. Twist two pipe cleaners together, and push two wooden beads through to the middle. Feed pipe cleaners through each hole in the cup to make a handle; bend the ends up and twist around handle. Push one bead down each side to cover ends. Secure with glue.
