Colored felt
Scissors
Glue
Bonnet or hat with chin strap

Cut 12 to 15 large petals out of felt and glue along the front edge of the hat. (Optional: Cut about a 12-inch length of pointy fringe from different color felt and glue to hat to frame face.) Then dress your little sprout in green and go play FTD at the neighbors!
