Supplies:
  • Cardboard
  • Colored felt
  • Scissors
  • Glue, needle and thread
  • About 24 inches of ribbon
Directions:
Cut out wings shape in one piece from cardboard. Cut same shape out of two pieces of felt (for front and back), but about an inch bigger all around. Sandwich cardboard between felt pieces and glue felt together along edges. Cut out felt shapes and glue to wings. Sew two pieces of ribbon to center of wing (as shown) to create arm loops. Dress your bedbug in a one-piece outfit or sleep sack (kiddopotamus.com has a big selection), and off you fly!
