Is it normal?

14 wks preg and i have been bleeding on and off for a week whats wrong

the bleeding started out heavy and then it would almost disappear and the next morning it is back heavy. I have stopped bleeding two days ago but there is a brown spotting i am scared whats going on. My Dr. has me on bed rest has anyone else had this happen?

I had some spotting off an on for about two weeks starting at week 9.  When my doctor did a pap-smear she said that my cervix was really low and that the bleeding was from my cervix.  I haven't had any spotting for almost three weeks now.  I would still call your doctor to see if you can get in, just to be sure.
