Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Cat/cows. Get down on all fours and arch your back up like a cat and then inward like a cow. A few of these might help relieve the pain

Also, getting on your hands and knees and rocking back and forth then side to side helps a lot for me. I'm only 16 weeks and I've been having bad back pain the whole time so I can't imagine how I'll feel when I get as far along as you are. Soaking in a warm bath helps too. I hope this helps and I hope you get to feeling better. Good luck! :)

You can try a chiropractor that works with pregnant women.  My father in law is one and he's wonderful (not that it helps you).  But they make specialized drop tables to help alleviate the pressure on your belly and work the tension out of your back.  Also, yoga is supposed to help a lot!!!
