I have heard that a women's breast should be squirting milk even before she actually gives birth to her baby

yes can come any time after 26 weeks or so.
Everyone is different. I started at 20 weeks with my first pregnancy, all the time...I had to wear nursing pads.
But many people don't have it so if you don't, it's nothing to worry about.
