I feel your pain (literally)! I have a persistent lower back injury, and now that I'm pregnant, I can't take advil or muscle relaxers. The only other thing that helps me is yoga. If your doctor says it's okay, I recommend gentle yoga or pregnancy yoga classes. Once you get the hang of it, you can even use a video to do it at home to save money. Feel better! :)
