Can i still breastfed even tho I am pregnant?

I got a faint positive pregnany test this morning, excited and nervous. However I am still breastfeeding my 10 month daughter. Do I need to Stop in order to make sure I have a second healthy pregnancy? I guess I just worry that I won't be giving my second child the same benefits I gave my first born.

im pretty sure you can, it shouldnt be a problem but i would ask ur doctor any way

I did it.. I was still nursing my 9 month old when I got pregnant with our second child. It was oked by my dr and she nursed until she was about 13 months when she weaned herself due to the changing of the taste of the milk. I say go for it. I was also concerned though and recieved no negative thoughts from drs or anyone that I asked.. and congrats on baby #2!!
