Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

5 months is extremely early to get pregnant after having a c-section. The main risks are to you, not your baby. 5 months isn't nearly enough time for your uterus and abdominal walls to have healed after the surgery. Your doctor should have explained all the risks at your 6 week postpartum checkup and you should have followed his or her instructions very carefully. It is extremely important to see your doctor immediately if you suspect you are pregnant.
