does a solar eclipse cause a cleft palate

It has been said that a solar eclipse, and a pregnant woman who exposes herself to the eclipse while pregnant will result in the unborn baby being born with a cleft lip or palate. Is this myth or does it have literary reference?

I have never in my life heard of that!  I would say myth, but you could always check with myth busters!  lol!

I've never heard of that either! I would say its a myth but I don't know for sure. I would google it.
