Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

feeking disconnected from baby

I'm 25 weeks along in my second pregnancy. My son is almost nine months old and this baby is due about 9 days after his first birthday. I'm not feeling as connected with this pregnancy as I did with my first even though the I do feel the baby move. I'm worried that the feelings I have now will transfer over to after the baby's born as well. Is there anyone else out there that feels the same? Any advice?

I felt the same way when I had my second baby. I would lay awake at night wondering how my daughter would feel once the baby came. She was a year and a half older than your's will be though. It didn't stay. Once I held him all those feelings and worries disappeared and all I felt was love. Don't worry about it, everything will be just fine once you have that beautiful baby. Good luck.

Omg, I feel the same exact way. My son just turned one on Aug. 11 and im due with my daughter on oct. 29. so they will be about 14 months apart. And I knew I loved him from the minute i was pregnant and besides God and my husband he is my everything. hes mommys lil'' boy and I just dont feel the same way with her as i did when i was prego with him. It scares me because I feel like I wont love her as much or that i will play favorites and im totally against that. But it seems like the closer it is to her getting here im starting to get more excited and everybody tells me that those feelings will change as soon as you see them and hold them for the first time.
