Heathly pregnancy after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in 2007. The baby had stop growing at 5 weeks and by the time an ultra sound was done I was 10 weeks. A D&C was done at 12 weeks and I haven't been pregnant since until now. I took a test on Saturday and it came out so positive that I'm sure you could have seen it if you were blind. I have been waiting to hear back from my doctor to get into see him and have an ultra sound done right away. But I feel so sick all the time and everyone tells me that it's good. That means everything is normal but I'm still very scared. Every little pain or feeling I get I freak out about. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I just waiting for the worse to happen or do I have a real concern? I kept the test and I keep looking at it to make sure there really are two lines on it. I know i sound nuts but I'm terrified of losing this one too.
