alcohol? none. I might take a taste of a craft beer or sake that I have never tried. My thoughts, eh, why risk it, its not worth it.
I'm not sure what you're referring to here...alcohol or just liquids? When it comes to water my doc said at least 2 liters a day which comes down to 4-5 20oz water bottles a day.
