Only if you're not keeping anything down. I lost about 10 lbs in my first trimester and a few weeks after and didn't really start gaining until about 15 or 16 weeks along. I am 28 weeks and I am just now gaining weight (Just gained those 10 back and am now gaining more than pre-pregnancy weight).
I would say as long as you're eating, you're fine. Now if you're losing weight because you cannot keep anything in or down, there would be more of an issue since the baby isn't getting anything. If it still bugs you, mention it to your healthcare provider the next time you see them!
I am in the same boat.. I am 18 weeks pregnant with our 2nd baby and I have lost almost 30 lbs so far.. It was an issue earlier on in the pregnancy because I couldnt keep fluids down either.. I just went to the dr last wed and even though i am still losing weight the baby is growing and active. I was told not to be too concerned as long as I am keeping the fluids down now and the baby continues to grow on track. I hope this helps relieve your concerns some, and good luck to you =)
