I am extremely stressed at work and a total push over. Help?
I work as a manager at a GNC in Alaska and my boss and her husband are really nice people but often times too nice. They don't yell at employees when they need to be spoken too which makes my job harder. i am only 19 and they walk over me. My husband is in the military and we are financially stable so I put my two week notice in but my boss asked me to stay a little longer. My husband is a fireman in the Air Force so he works forty eight hour shifts and I come home stressed just to keep it all to myself. I am a little over 11 weeks pregnant and dont want my stress to effect the baby. I need advice please. :(

Don't feel obligated to say, if you are stressed out and don't need to be there financially then don't stay. You are very blessed to be in a position where you don't have to work to support your family. And think of it this way, your door with them may be closing so that another person who needs the work to support their family can come in and get the job. You are a mommy now and that should give you strength beyond measure to know you are doing it for your child. Be strong and tell them no if that's what's in your heart. Don't burn bridges, but be firm and tell them for the sake of your health you are moving on. hope this helps!
