I know extreme heat can cause problems but I was in a pool all day not over heated. I used sunblock but apparently it wasn't strong enough. I'm freaking out because I don't know if my sunburn can hurt the baby. Any advice??

i don't think the sunburn will cause any harm. i asked my doctor if it was ok to tan, and his reply was something along the lines of, "if you want skin cancer it is." he was joking of course, but that was his way of telling me the baby will be just fine and no harm . =D still, ask your doctor. i'm 40 weeks and 3 days with my first, and i've come to learn that you can never be too safe when it comes to you and your baby.

no harm would be done**
