That's a decision for the two of you to make. The unwritten rule is to not say anything until you're into the second trimester, this being due in part that miscarriages are more common during the first trimester. Realistically, you can tell people whenever you want.
Yes I agree with stefanies. You can tell peole whenever you want. Right now you are 3 months. You are past the point where the most miscarriages happen. But yes tell everyone.
