Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

Tylenol is the only over the counter pain reliever that women can take during pregnancy.  The off brands are alright as well.  But only take 1-2 tablets every 8 hours and no more than 12 in a 24 hour period.  This should take care of your headaches.  If not I would discuss this with your ob doctor.  I hope that this has helped.
