i like spicey food doesnt seem to hurt bentley lol..

ok i was just making sure

Spicy food does not hurt the baby. Usually you are asked not to eat only if its making the mom sick.

got me thinking after you posted this.. glad to hear for sure it doesnt hurt the baby

I've always heard to eat spicy food near your due date to enduce labor, but throughout the pregnancy is fine with no harm.

If the spicy food causes heart burn it could mean more hair for your little one. I read somewhere that the same hormone that causes heart burn causes your baby's hair to grow.
