I am the same way.. I have to almost "force" myself to do it.. Try adding fruit - a slice of lemon, orange, strawberry, lime - to your water to give it a little "flavor." Remember that caffienated drinks will cause you to dehydrate more quickly, so try other options, such as milk or juice.  Also, I use the sugar free packets like the crystal light (I use walmart brand, though) so I can have lemonade, limeades, koolaid, without the extra sugar and calories.  Hope this helps!

drink diluting juice, it really helps ! I literally can't keep down water for more than 5 minutes but if it's flavoured or I have it with diluting juice I can drink it no problem :).

Thanks ladies!!! Also is sobe lifewater acceptable to drink or should I ask my dr? It is so hard to stay away from caffeine but I know its bad for my baby which makes it easier to choose water or caffeine free bevs. Thanks again!!!

I drink "waters" like Sobe Lifewater and Vitaminwater... My doctor told me 64 ounces of water everyday.. If I have caffience, I need to drink twice as much water as caffienated beverage plus the 64 ounces. I think it's OK to drink these, but I have noticed they don't hydrate me as well as water.. but it is fluids!

crystal light was the easiest way for me to get the water i need.

Be careful of sugar free substances.  You should be wary of drinking anything with Aspartame which is the sugar substitute in most sugar free drinks.  It is under debate whether it will cause harm to you or your baby.  It still may not be very good for you.

me too.  i've always had a hard time staying hydrated!  i like to drink seltzer to give it a little flavor without artificial sugar. that, and between doing right by the babe and the thought of being hooked up to an IV, i started tracking it with an app on my iPhone.  been better so far...
