Just a couple tablespoons...sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't...depends on the person.  My sister did it and it didn't work....I did and only a couple tablespoons... later brought on contractions.  Good luck!

Oh my goodness I sure hope you didn't try it.  My friend did and she went into labor but when I tried it, all it did was give me the poops.  And my oh my it tasted horrible and when I didn't have anything left in my system I still felt like I needed to.  It was HORRIBLE.
