If I'm nauseous and I haven't gotten my period in 45 days, am I pregnant?

I would go to your gynecologist and talk to them about this.  First off they can do a blood pregnancy test which could tell a lot sooner.  Second if they do a urine one maybe by then they can tell better.  I am assuming by now everything has been figured out, but just in case I thought I would say something since no one else answered you.

take like 2 pregnancy test because sometimes you can get a false negitive and then go to the docter so you know
