Im currently 31weeks pregnant and i talked to my doctor about having a toothe removed. He said its fine for me and the baby because im not suffering from anything serious. So as long as your in good health with the baby its fine. You just need a doctors note to give to your dentists stating your in good health to have that done.

If there is not a cavity you should really try as long as possible to keep your adult teeth. They are the only teeth you have and once you remove them you cannot get them back.
