I'm 36 weeks, My boobs are leaking like crazy should I start to pumping or what??????

Use nursing pads or sanitary napkins cut in half in your bra. It's normal for some women to leak. :)
Unless you want a preemie, don't pump! Pumping can induce labour, since you're body thinks you're nursing. Nursing pads are great. I like the washable fabric ones myself, but the disposables are good too!
