i've heard California only allows a woman to have 2 c-sections in her life. is this true?

Well, I can't say for a fact that it's not true, but it sounds preposterous.  Think about it: a mom has two medically necessary C-sections, then on her third she tries to do a vaginal birth but isn't progressing; everything's stuck, mom and baby go into distress, and the only responsible thing to do is to get the kid out via C-section.  Law prohibits it, mom and baby die.

 

Really, what kind of state would have a law like that?

yeah i thought about that and i didnt say i heard it was a law, but more like ca insurance companies wouldnt cover a 3rd c-section. it is stupid but i was just wondering if anyone else had ever heard it.
