Does anybody know how to do the Kegels?

Yes...its like trying to hold in your pee(not to be gross). When you hold, hold for 6-8 seconds, then release repeating a few times. But I suggest you do them after baby to help tighten your muscles....hope that helps:)

Its also important to do them before the baby is born to strengthen those muscles as they help push the baby out during a vaginal birth and help against leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, laugh, etc.
