maybe i called the docter and he said to just try to burp him and give him gas drops and then try to rock him to sleep because she said babies get gas easy when there newborn and she said if that doesent work and hes still crying to bring him in

A lot of babies cry because they have pent up energy but this definitely sounds like colic. One way to tell is if his stomach is rock hard. He'll want to eat but it will make him feel worse. I hope he gets to feeling better. Good luck sweetie.
