I definitely wouldn't go for raw shellfish.  I also avoid raw salmon at all times because I have this (not totally unfounded) theory that salmon is a dirty fish.

Sushi is perfectly fine, as long as it's from a place you trust and you check what is in your roll. I wouldn't go for anything raw [which is sashimi]. Anything cooked is fine. I'm 10 weeks and I refuse to deny myself of my wonderful sushi.
