Is it safe?

ok this might be really stupid

but this is my first pregnancy im 15 weeks and my boyfriend has a habit of just picking me up when hes huggin me and im so crazy i feel like everything will harm the baby.. is anything like this possible

if your baby is still tucked safely away in the pelvis this should pose no harm to the baby. but as soon as the baby starts to pop out of the pelvis it's not. I would start to encourage your hubby to stop picking you up. Show him other ways to show his affection. Also let him know how you loved it when he picks you up for a hug but that it may be harmful to the baby and that he will have to hold off on those hugs until after baby is born. Don't forget to show him lots of love so he doesn't feel resentful.
