Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It is normal to be tired during your first and third trimesters. It has to do with the different levels of the pregnancy hormones. Stay away from caffeine as much as possible, too much can increase the risk of miscarriage. Exercise can help boost your energy levels, but above all else, make sure you're getting enough sleep at night.

I'm 9 weeks and 1 day, and having the same problem. I get 11 hours of sleep every night, I sleep all day, and no matter what I always wake up exhausted. My doctor told me the tiredness should start to go away in the second trimester, but I guess it could be different for everyone.
