Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

It's recommended that pregnant women consume no more than 200mg of caffeine per day, which includes caffeine from all sources. Coffee, tea, even chocolate all have caffeine. Your best bet is to stay away from it as much as possible, or to have just one regular sized cup (8oz) per day. But, if you've made it this far into pregnancy wihtout drinking coffee, 10 more weeks shouldn't be that much of a sacrifice, right? I'm not trying to be judgy, I definitely understand the desire for caffeine. I just found out I'm pregnant and until last week was having at least one Red Bull a day. (I'm a mom of three, full time student...) School yesterday was really rough, and before last weekend I was totally planning on having a Red Bull before yesterday's chem lab final. But, I had to do without and I did make it through the day.
