im already high risk a type two diabetic also slightly high blood pressure. Have anyone ever had this test done.

If it isn't absolutely necessary, I wouldn't do it. High blood pressure and diabetes won't really affect the risks of an amniocentesis, but unless your doctor thinks it's important, I wouldn't risk it.
