Definitely go to your dr & have them do a pregnancy test so that you know for sure. But it does sound like implantation bleeding which from what my dr told me is quite normal. I had the same problem. I talked to my dr about it & was told to refrain from sex & take it easy for a few weeks. & this was very early in my pregnancy. anyway describe it to your dr & they should be lots of help. good luck!
definitely go to a doctor and get a blood test done. I had a similar situation started off spotting and after being assured it was normal (I was scared and went to the ER) I was sent home...a few days later the bleeding became more severe and I miscarried. It is always better to check things out, just to give yourself some peace of mind.
