is this considered infertility?

I had the (copper) IUD placement in 2010 after my second child, in 2011 the IUD fell out my period have gradually got shorter I only have a three day period but bleed very heavy and get it every month around the same time me and my husband have been having unprotected sex since the IUD fell out in 2011 and it is now 2013 and I have not got pregnant I'm not trying right now but I was wondering if this is normal or should I see a obgyn about infertility issues due to the IUD falling out.Should I wait a couple more years or so

You should see your doctor to talk about what's been going on, and to get an exam to see if there are any problems related to the IUD.
