Could this be implantation bleeding?

Hey ladies, I'm not supposed to get my period until the 10th. I started pink spotting on the 4th, I got extremely excited thinking it could be implantation bleeding. I woke up the next morning and the blood on my panty liner was a mixture of bright red and pink. I had pretty bad sharp pain on my lower back. I still want to wait until friday to take the test. Even though I'm dyinggggg to know if I am or not :/ I read online that usually implantation bleeding occurs a week to a few days before your period is supposed to come. I started spotting 6 days before my period is supposed to come. Keeping my fingers crossed! Thanks so much for all of your time and answers dolls! :)
