does anyone know how long it takes formula to mold when on fabric?

I wash my babys swing seat every 2 weeks and i noticed today when i pulled it off that there was mold underneath. He does drink his bottles in the seat so i know its formula but could only take an couple of days to mold? I never noticed it was that wet.

If formula is leaking out of the bottle it's definitely possible for it to mold underneath the seat.
