No.  The study that originally purported to find a link has been thoroughly discredited.   There are many factors at play in autism spectrum disorders and nobody knows the exact causes, though genetics certainly do seem to play a large role.  

Please vaccinate your kids.  Vaccination not only protects them from diseases, but also keeps them from spreading to other children who are too young to have the vaccination yet.  For example, several babies in California have died of whooping cough because the people around them didn't get the DTAP vaccine.
