My little guy will be 10 weeks on Thursday.
I nurse him about every 3 hours and he typically is "done" in 10 or 15 mins total.
He naps several times throughout the day for about an hour, maybe 2. Sometimes he will only be awake briefly before going back to sleep after a feeding.
Is this all normal? Some things I read make me feel like he should be awake more and sleep longer (if that makes sense)
Thanks

All kids are different. My first would sleep most of the day and only wake to eat a few times a day (and nursed for nearly 30 min), but my second slept in short periods and nursed very frequently (every 2h for about 5min each (she was QUICK)). As long as your little guy seems to be progressing (don't follow milestones strictly;each kid is different), and is gaining weight then you prob don't have anything to worry about. You will get lots of opinions about what (or when) your son should be doing something, but rest assured he is doing what is right for him. Of course, if you are seriously concerned, then ask your ped.
