Getting pregnant after Implanon removal?

Getting pregnant after Implanon removal?

I have had my implanon for 21 months now, and I am having baby fever.. My toddler is getting ready to turn two and we are wanting another one.. I was wondering, how soon after the removal of the implanon can I get pregnant? Thanks :))

You'll need to talk to your doctor about this. The time it takes for your body to return to normal after any hormonal birth control is different for every woman.

i was pregnant about 2 months after having mine removed. i demanded to have mine removed because i bled like a stuck pig for 11 months.

I had my implanon in for 27 months, like you i was having the baby fever Lol... my son Just turned 3 so i had my implanon removed Dec. 28th 2011 not even a full month later i was Pregnant.. i took 3 pregnany test (first response) on Jan. 22nd 2012 an all three were positive! i thought i couldnt possibly be pregnant so soon so i went and had blood drawn and my hcg level was 114 :) hope this helps.. and Good luck with getting pregnant

I will be getting my implanon out soon... my boyfriend and I want to have a baby after... i want to know how long it will take to get pregnant. And also want to know if being on other birth controls before implanon will effect getting pregnant...

I had implanon removed one month ago, my doctor (and implanon's website) says you can get pregnant immediately, even before your first period.

I haven't had a period yet and I did a pregnancy test which came out negative, but I guess it may be a little early for either...

A lot of people seem to get pregnant very quickly after removal, but everyone's different.  Wish me luck?  x

Im trying to have a baby too. My implanon was removed jan 10,12. Yesterday i took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I guess too soon to tell. I sure hope i get my son soon.

I had been on implanon for 2 years and I got off implanon on Valentines Day Feb 14, 2013 as a gift to my husband because he had been wanting a second child for about 2 years now! I was finally ready but I thought that it would take at least 6 months so we decided not to expect anything to happen quickly, just enjoy the ride! I got pregnant in April 2013! I found out in May because my period was late and I took 3 tests to make sure the first test wasn't playing tricks on me haha! We were so shocked and happy and still are! It didn't take us long at all! I like to think that my little one was thinking "mom I've been waiting long enough and I'm not waiting any longer"! Lol Good luck to everyone trying to conceive! My tip to everyone is don't expect it to happen, don't only have sex (make love) just to get pregnant, have found and actually enjoy it and it will happen in no time :)
