Help Potty Training 3 1/2 yr old son

My son has no absolutely no interest in potty training. We have tried so many suggestions, but nothing has worked. I've gone as far as putting him in regular underwear hoping it would "click" and still he is unfazed. Please help!

just tell him everytime he goes to the potty to pee he gets a m&m and if he goes poop it the potty he gets 2 m&ms
