There's a kit you can use to guess the sex, you can buy them at most pharmacies or WalMart.  It's like 30 dollars and it's something like 97% accurate, but I'd rather wait and let insurance pick it up when your doctor does the screenings on the baby to check measurements and development.  Why waste the 30 bucks, unless your doctor couldn't see anything during your ultrasound.

If you have an amniocentisis they can tell from that, but that is usually for older moms (i think over 35?) or otherwise high risk for genetic issues. Also, it would have been done around 12 weeks I think.
