How to cope with terrible night tantrums?

How to cope with terrible night tantrums?

Almost every night for two weeks now, my 2 1/2 year old son wakes up screaming and throwing the biggest tantrums in the middle of the night. Usually between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. He screams. He cries. He kicks. He runs. He rolls around on the floor. Nothing my husband and I do helps. IS there anything we can do??

Has there been anything new happening in his life? Is there anything stressful going on?

Make sure his sleep schedule is normal, make sure he's taking a nap during the day. Give him a good bedtime routine and make sure his bedroom is comfortable. If he needs one, give him a nightlight.

If you can find the reason for his tantrums you should be able to come up with a solution to prevent them from happening.

my daughter has been also wakeing up crying in the past days i think its because shes scared of all the things she sees in the stores and houses for holloween !!! Maybe somethiing is scareiing your baby..
