Sometimes it's nice to get advice from experts with a lot of letter degrees behind their names, but other times, you just need to hear what another parent (with a M.O.M. behind her name) has done that has worked. You've got questions? These moms have answers.

How to cope with terrible night tantrums?

Almost every night for two weeks now, my 2 1/2 year old son wakes up screaming and throwing the biggest tantrums in the middle of the night. Usually between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. He screams. He cries. He kicks. He runs. He rolls around on the floor. Nothing my husband and I do helps. IS there anything we can do??

Has there been anything new happening in his life? Is there anything stressful going on? Make sure his sleep schedule is normal, make sure he's taking a nap during the day. Give him a good bedtime routine and make sure his bedroom is comfortable. If he needs one, give him a nightlight. If you can find the reason for his tantrums you should be able to come up with a solution to prevent them from happening.
