you can't you gotta be atleast 17 wks

I'm surprised you even know you are pregnant at 3 weeks, you usually have to miss a period and that usually happens at 4 weeks. You won't find out until you are 17 to 20 weeks.

at three weeks you don't. You have a ball of cells called a blastocyst at 3 weeks. there are no genitals. As stated above 17 weeks is when you can tell. But here they won't even consider telling you until 20 weeks so they are sure they are correct.
