how to loose weight while always having to stay home???

My baby girl is 5months and I still haven't lost my after weight I haven't tryed doing nothing I guess that is the problem... Well when I had my son like a month or two latter I lost all my weight not even doing anything to loose it and I was back to my normal weight before I had my son. Well I'm getting tired of not being able to not fit into my clothes so any ideas how I can loose my weight cuz as of gyms I can't go to any cause I'm a stay a home mom and we only have one car and my husband goes to work everyday all day with it and as for walking around outside with my babies I can't ether cause I just see it to hard with my 1year in a half son and with my 5months daughter. Do yall have any clue how I can try and loose weight for me that I'm just always home and busy with my two babies???

Depending on what your weather is like, just taking your kids for walks (if you have a double stroller of some kind, or a baby carrier/wrap) will help a lot. Otherwise, some kind of exercise dvds that you can do while your kids sleep is going to be your best bet. I'm a SAHM and I do Brazil Butt Lift while my baby and 2 1/2 year old take their nap. You should also look into My Fitness Pal. It's a free online site that will help you figure out how much you should be eating. It allows you to track your the amount of calories you eat and the number of calories you burn from exercise. Just set up to lose 1 pound per week and you'll be able to eat enough to still have enough energy to keep up with your kids. If you do sign up, you can add me as a friend. My username is NoAdditives. I suggest getting exercise dvds, That's how I lost weight. I have quads, so getting out and walking was not an option for a while, and having a c-section also sucks if you wanna drop the baby weight. I have been doing cardio exercise when the kids take a nap and I go to the YMCA twice a week. I am almost down to my goal weight which is 125. Another thing you could do is get a double stroller and go for walks, if theres a park close to where you live you could walk to the park...
