It all depends really.. some find out at 17 or 18 weeks while others find out at 20 weeks.. for me, i went in on my 20 week appointment and the baby wasn't laying right for them to tell .. so i had to wait til i was 24 weeks. it all depends on what position the baby is in too.
On my first pregnacy i had a ultrasound at 16 weeks and they told me right away that it was a girl, then i went to another ultrasound at 26 weeks and they confirmed it so i guess it depends on the baby and on the ultrasound tech, becasue sometimes they dont try enough to see so they just tell you that they cant see.Good luck!!!

i found out at 20 weeks with my first hoping to find out sooner this time
The babies gender is fully developed at 20 weeks. That's why alot of doctors wait until then. I found out I was having a girl at 20 weeks. What an exciting day!!!
