I am extremely sore, is this normal!?

I have a lot of pain in my sides moving into my abs, it also goes into my lower back. Its very sore almost to the point where I can't move. I am 21 wks pregnant is tis something that I should be concerned about? And what can I do so the pain goes away??

If it's constant pain, you should try taking some Tylenol. It's normal to have cramps and aches as your belly gets bigger. Not only is your belly getting bigger, and therefore putting more pressure on your back, your muscles and ligaments are stretching more, which can cause soreness. I always started with half a dose of Tylenol.
