i have been spotting and i haven't got my period
i have missed my depo shot on the 17th of aug. and i have been spotting can you please tell me what does that mean.

You should make an appointment to see your doctor. Depo messes with your hormones a lot and it can take up to a year (sometimes longer) for your cycle to get back to normal.
